02 Billing

Frequently asked questions

How does payment work for paid plans?

The price and billing arrangements are agreed directly with our team when you sign up. Paid plans are quoted individually because each contract can vary with usage volume and the channels you choose.

Does beta have the same limits as a paid plan?

No. Beta follows the limits of its own validation programme and is free while it lasts. Those limits differ from those of a permanent commercial plan.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Contact the team at any time to adjust your plan to your actual usage.

Is the law-firm usage allowance per person or per team?

The firm agrees a combined allowance for the whole team, rather than a fixed cap per person. Lower usage by one team member leaves more available for others in the same period.
